Carrier

This tab is used to manage the information for the primary carrier.

The information from the carrier tab is used to build the movements plan and assign the carrier to the appropriate movements

Here you can set:

12. Container Number for LCL consignments
    
13. Include empty container movements option to instruct the movement build robot to include movements for handling empty containers.
    

The transit time is the time that the carrier requires to convey the consignment from the port of origin to the final destination port.

The transit frequency is how many times a week the service is scheduled to depart the port of origin.

The rates agreement reference is used to identify the preferential rate card that is used for the consignment.

The carrier responsibility is used to indicate which movements the primary carrier is contracted to undertake.

Edit Carrier Dialog

To edit the carrier information:

1. Open the CARRIER tab
   
2. Click the [ EDIT ] button
   
3. Make the required changes
   
4. Click the [ SAVE ] button
