This tab is used to manage the information for the primary carrier.

Here you can set:

  • Primary carrier
    • Organisation
    • Address
    • Contact
  • Carrier’s INCO terms
  • Rates agreement reference
  • Quote Reference
  • Booking Reference
  • Service frequency
  • Transit time
  • Carrier Instructions
  • Waybill instructions
  • Carrier Responsibility
    • Collection
    • International Transit
    • Delivery
  • Carrier issued waybill type and reference
  • Container Number for LCL consignments
  • Include empty container movements option to instruct the movement build robot to include movements for handling empty containers.

The transit time is the time that the carrier requires to convey the consignment from the port of origin to the final destination port.

The transit frequency is how many times a week the service is scheduled to depart the port of origin.

The rates agreement reference is used to identify the preferential rate card that is used for the consignment.

The carrier responsibility is used to indicate which movements the primary carrier is contracted to undertake.

To edit the carrier information:

  1. Open the CARRIER tab
  2. Click the  button
  3. Make the required changes
  4. Click the  button
