Carrier Performance

Carrier Performance

The platform measures carrier performance in two ways:
  1. quantitative -  the on time performance based on planned and actual dates entered into the system
  2. qualitative -  the operator's/customs perceived performance of the carrier

Setting up qualitative categories

You can set up one or more categories for measuring carrier performance.
To do this:
  1. From the Settings manager
  2. Select the carrier performance tab
  3. Edit the list of categories
  4. Click the [ SAVE CHANGES ] button

The consignments > carrier tab and relevant reports will now include the entered performance categories
