Here you can manage user’s access and permissions in CocoonOPS.

Roles are used to give user accounts access to features of the system.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| System Admin | Full access to the system. Only this role has access to the settings and add ons screens. |
| General Operator | No Special Access |
| General Manager | Has access to reporting and user manager |
| Account Manager | General sales operator |
| Sales Manager | Has access to reporting and user manager |
| Transport Planner | Has access to the transport module |
| Transport Manager | Has access to the transport module Has access to reporting and user manager |
| Finance | Has access to the finance module |
| Finance Manager | Has access to the finance module Has access to reporting and user manager |
| Address Book Manager | Is able to add/remove entries in the address book |
| Spending Authority | Users that are authorised to increase the spending with CocoonFMS |
All users have access to the quotes and consignments modules as well as read access to the address book.
CocoonOPS supports two-factor authentication through TOTP authenticator mobile apps.

This section on the user’s account shows whether they are enrolled in two-factor authentication or not.

At the top of the user manager, you can see how many user licenses your instance has and how many are used.
These are shown in brackets next to the user manager title as show below:

The first value is the current number of enabled users and the second number is the total number of allowed enabled users.
Only enabled users count towards your license usage.
