Default Settings

Set the home country for you organisation, this is used as the default country for pick lists.

Here you can set the default units of measurement used in the system.

You can also turn on audit logging here.

Here you can configure how the references are created for the following items:

  • Consignments
  • Freight Items
  • Movements
  • Operational Movements

Audit Logging

Logging important changes that are made by users is controller here. If enabled, when significant changes are made, the changes are logged in the notes for the object in the system.

Cloning Quotes/Consignments

Maintain rate state when quote/consignment is duplicated allows you to maintain the current state of a rate when a quote or consignment is copied. Invoiced revenue rates will be duplicated with the Actual state.


Service Settings

You can set defaults for the following services:
  • Customer clearance - Defaults to this value unless the shipment route is domestic
  • Insurance - Defaults to required if switched on
