Notes can be attached to quotes.

The whole history of the notes attached to the quote is available under the NOTES tab.

If logging for important changes is turned on for your instance, the audit trail will be included in the notes.

Here you will also find notes that are created by robots where CocoonOPS generates notes because of an automated process.
