The reporting module allows you to export data and gain information about your business.
Users with a manager role will be able to access the reporting centre
The reports are organised into categories which are arranged in a tree menu structure on the left-hand side of the page.
To make it easy for you to find the report you are looking for, you can enter the name of the report in the search bar at the top of the report list.
To Generate A Report
Select the report you want to generate from the menu
Fill in any filter criteria that is required at the top of the page
- Enter the email addresses that the report should be delivered to. This will default to your email address.
- Click the [ Request Report ] button
Unless the report you have selected has the option to select which date the report is based on, the REQUESTED ON date is typically used.
Change the requested on date on the quote/consignment to change the reporting date.
The report will always indicate which date the report is based on.
We recommend using the Requested On date as the basis of performance reports when you have the option.
All consignments have this date.
When you select another date, consignments that do not have this date set are excluded from the report.
For example: using the collected on date will exclude all consignments that do not begin with a collection.
Once you have requested the report it will be queued to be built, this normally doesn’t take too long.
Once the report has been built, it will be emailed to the instructed addresses.
To Schedule A Recurring Report
Select the report you want to generate from the menu
Fill in any filter criteria that is required at the top of the page
Enter the email addresses that the report should be delivered to. This will default to your email address.
Click the [ Schedule this report ] switch
Select the frequency you want the report to run at
Set the time you want the report to be generated
Select the start date for the report. (The report will be run on this date)
Click the [ Request Report ] button
To distribute a report to more than one person you can enter multiple email addresses into the address field.
Just separate the addresses using a comma ","
Once you have requested the report it will be queued to be built, this normally doesn’t take too long.
Once the report has been built, it will be emailed to the instructed addresses.
Viewing Scheduled Reports
You can view a list of the reports you have scheduled by clicking on the [ Scheduled Reports ] option from the reports list.
You can click on the trash icon next to a scheduled report to deleted the schedule.
User's with the System Admin role are able to see scheduled reports for all users.
Viewing Report Request
Only users with the System Admin role have access the report requests list
The list of the last 500 report requests and their status is available on the Requested Reports screen.
