BreezeAI Insurance Integration

This add-on allows you to automatically sync request quotes from Breeze insurance and create cargo insurance policies from within CocoonOPS.


Linking To Breeze

Once you are set up on the breeze platform, we can activate the add-on for you.
In the address book, you must have an address that has the function REGISTERED OFFICE against the entry for your own organisation. This is used to identify you to breeze so that any quotes and policies are linked to the correct account on their platform. This address must match exactly what has been registered on you're account with BreezeAI.


Automatically Attaching Rates

When we receive a quote from breeze, the cost of the insurance policy is automatically added to the quote or consignment.
When a policy is created for a consignment, the rates are automatically changed from estimates to actual values.

Cancelling an insurance policy does not automatically remove the cargo insurance rates from the consignment.

Policy Documents

When a policy is created through CocoonOPS, the policy document is automatically downloaded and attached to the consignment on the documents tab.
