Instructions

The instructions tab represents the instructions that you have received from the customer/their agent.

The instructions consist of the following information:

    • Customs
    • Insurance
    • Service
  • Date freight is available for collection
  • Transport Information
    • Transport mode
    • Route (Domestic, Export, Import)
    • Routing (Direct or Indirect)
    • Load type
    • INCO Terms
    • Ports
      • Origin
      • Transit
      • Destination
    • Transit Time
    • Transport Service Frequency
  • Parties
    • Customer
    • Consignor
    • Consignee
    • Agent
    • Notify Party

Once freight is added to the quote, the instruction tab will also show a summary which includes the following:

  • Number of pieces of freight
  • Total weight of the freight
  • Total volume of the freight
  • Total volumetric weight of the freight
  • Total chargeable weight of the freight
  • Summary of the types of freight
