Documents Tab - Consignments
Document can both be attached to and generated for Consignments.
Attaching a document to a Consignment.
- Select the Consignment the document should be attached to
- Drag the document onto the page in your browser
- Select the document type in the dialog box that appears in the bottom right of the page.
- Click the
button
Once a document is attached to a Consignment, you can right click on a document to:
- View the document
- Download the document
- View and edit its’ properties
- Delete it
- Make the document Public/Private
- Email it to an external party
CocoonOPS can generate documents for you.
Once generated, they will automatically be attached to the Consignment.
To generate a document just click on the button and select the type of document that you want to generate from the list.
You do not need to stick around waiting for the document to be generated, you can carry on using the system.
Once a document is generated, you’ll get a success message which will appear in the top right of the page you are currently on. Clicking on this will take you to the document in the document library.
You can use the button to reload the document tab to show any document that have been uploaded or generated since you loaded the Consignment.
