General Rate Actions

There are a number of actions you can perform on rates through the rates manager in the finance module. 


Removing Rates 

You can remove rates from the consignments they are linked to by: 
  1. Selecting the rates you want to remove
  2. Clicking the [ ACTION ] menu at the top of the screen 
  3. Selecting the [ REMOVE ] option
The rates will then be deleted and removed from the screen.


Setting State To Actual 

You can use the rates manager to set the state of a rate (cost and revenue) to actual. 
You can do this by: 
  1. Selecting the rates you want to work with 
  2. Clicking the [ ACTION ] menu at the top of the screen 
  3. Selecting the [ SET STATE TO ACTUAL ] option 
The rates will be update instantly.
