Costs in multiple currencies

CocoonOPS supports handling of costs in two ways: 

1. Costs can be converted into the consignment billing currency
   
2. costs can be managed in their original billable currency

To manage costs in their original currency all you have to do is: 

1. Create a new cost 
   
2. Select the currency that the cost is billed in 
   
3. Enter the cost information in the original currency 
   
4. Ensure the Payable in original currency option is selected
   
5. Save the cost

Cost entered in currency different from the consignment billing currency

Setting the Payable in original currency will ensure costs are  displayed and reported on in the currency entered rather than the consignment billing currency. 

Summary of consignment costs in each currency that is used

The costs tab will show the total of each currency used on the consignment for costs, as shown above.
